By validating your reservation, you accept these conditions.

Reservations are confirmed by the payment of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the stay and not refundable.

The balance is payable on arrival by check or cash.

In case of early departure, the reserved nights are entirely due.

In case of cancellation less than 15 days before your arrival, you are liable for the entire stay.

Credit cards and holiday checks are not accepted.

Regulations and clarifications

Salt pool unheated.

The terrace and pool are shared with the owners and their children.

No access to the garden outside the summer period (May to September) and in any case, not after 19h (for the rest of all).

Ball games prohibited in the garden and pool.

Access to the house by stairs.

Non smoking accommodation.

No food in the rooms and the living room.

No pets allowed.

You do not have access to the kitchen or the rest of the house.

The entrance is not independent. The room is at the lower level than the owners.

TV / TNT in the master bedroom.

TV-console in the second bedroom, no reception of channels.
